Frequently Asked Questions

1) When should I report or log my activities?

The “reporting window” is from the first to the last day of the month.

2) Can I log activities throughout the month?

You can log activities anytime in the reporting window but it is only necessary to do it once each month.

3) What if I checked an activity by mistake?

An activity only gets reported after you click submit and then acknowledge the accuracy of your submission.  Please click carefully and honestly.  We will not adjust your account balance to correct an accidental click but you can. Just complete an activity worth about the same number of points that you accidentally recorded. Only this time, don't check off the activity when the time comes. Doing this will equal things out in your account and will ease your conscience.

4) What if I forgot to log my activities before the last day of the month?

If you need to log activities for the previous month, you can do so by clicking the “Show last month” link on your Checklist page.

5) Is there a way to see what activities I have completed?

Click the “Previously Checked” link at top right hand side of your myWellRewards landing page.

6) How do I change my password?

You don’t need to.  Each month, you will receive an email encouraging you to log your activities.  The email will have a link with your user name and password in an encrypted code.  Just click the link to login.  If you really want to change your password, email Natalie@wellsteps.com.

7) What if I forget my password?

Click on the “Forgot? Click here” link.  You will automatically be sent a new password.

8) Why are some activities pending?  How do I receive points for pending activities?

Certain activities require verification from your coordinator.  You may have to submit documentation to prove that you completed the activity.  Once your coordinator verifies that you have completed the activity, your point total will change to reflect your new point level.

9) If an activity is pending, who gets my documentation? When is it due?

Typically, your coordinator will accept your documentation.  Contact your coordinator for more information.
